Navigation Tree -
|
List of Customers, Regions, Facilities, Buildings, and Roofs found on the left side of OLI.
|
|
Navigation Tree Level -
|
Any Customer, Region, Facility, Buildling, or Roof is a Navigation Tree Level.
|
|
Current Navigation Tree Level -
|
The currently selected Level in the Navigation Tree.
|
|
Search Button -
|
|
Button with a graphic of binoculars on it. Always next to a text box. Click to search.
|
|
|
Expand All Button -
|
|
Button with two sideways triangles on it. Used to expand a Customer all the way (All Regions, Facilities, Buildings, & Roofs.)

|
Standard Toolbar -
|
|
Performs standard functions: New, Save, Undo, Delete, Cut, Copy, and Paste.
|

|
Data View Toolbar -
|
|
Loads different functions/views of OLI (General, Contacts, Service Activities, etc...)
|

File Indicator Icons (Active) -
|
|
Indicates that a File or Files of that type are associated with the current Navigation Tree Level. The Icons indicate Photos, Drawings, and Documents respectively.

File Indicator Icons (Inactive) -
|
|
Indicates that no Files of that type are associated with the current Navigation Tree Level. The Icons indicate Photos, Drawings, and Documents respectively.

|
List View -
|
In the Service Activity and Contacts view, the list at the top of the screen that allows users to see all available items.
