To assist in easier data entry an Address List is maintained per Customer base and is available on all subsequent branches on the OLI Navigation Tree. This means a user can use the Address List for entering the same or similar addresses throughout the same Customer base. The Address List can be found where ever there are address fields. (Customer, Facility and Building). Along with these levels, it can be used also on the Contacts record. The Address list is obtained by right clicking any address line. Choose 'Show Address List' from the short cut menu to view the Address list. Once an address is found, double click on it to place the address in the appropriate address text boxes.
