WorkFlow status is a security setting that defines which type of user has read and/or write access to the Service Activity data in OLI. OLI has several WorkFlow Statuses available. These include: Locked, Rep Edit, Rep View, Cust Edit, Cust View and View Only. When a status is set to Locked this means production is not allowing any other type user to view. The Rep Edit and Rep View status allows the Tremco Sales Representatives access to the data. If the sales Rep has View status, then they are permitted to view the data only. If Rep Edit access is granted the Rep can make changes to the data. The same rules apply to the Customer access. The View Only access is the Work Status that is used to 'deliver' the data. Production will use this status to send the data out for all users to view. Once this status is set, it can not be reversed unless Production Users use Service Activity maintenance to reset the Work Status. This requires a Preventative and Corrective Action # to reverse this status. OLI will prompt the Production User for this PCA number. No changes can be made until this number is assigned and entered.
